Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Synaptix Analytics Hub, Naka 5, Milanchowk, Darbhanga, Bihar, India ("MrMeetNote", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use MrMeetNote on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

MrMeetNote transcribes meeting audio you record or upload and generates structured meeting notes, with export to PDF and Word. Processing happens on private infrastructure we control; see our Privacy Policy and Security page for how your data is handled.

3. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users.

4. Your content

• You own your content. Meetings, transcripts, notes, and exports remain yours. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to run the service for you.
• You are responsible for consent. Recording laws differ by country and state. You confirm that you have any legally required consent from meeting participants before recording or uploading audio.
• You will not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to process.

5. Acceptable use

You will not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service; reverse-engineer it; resell it without our written agreement; use it to violate anyone's privacy or rights; or use it for unlawful surveillance.

6. Plans, billing, and limits

• Plan limits (minutes per month, per-meeting duration, history retention, features) are described on the pricing page and enforced automatically.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Unused minutes do not roll over. Optional overage blocks, when purchased, apply to the current cycle only.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• Refunds: if something on our side materially breaks the service for you, contact us within 14 days at hello@mrmeetnote.com and we will make it right with a fix, credit, or refund for the affected period.

7. Data retention

Meeting history is retained for your plan's window (Free: 14 days, Pro: 6 months, Team: 12 months) and then permanently destroyed. Audio is destroyed immediately after processing. Export your notes before your history window lapses if you need them longer.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated notes can contain mistakes — review important output before relying on it.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data you could have exported within your retention window.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which permanently destroys your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
